2021 KAFHS Individual & Family Application

The owner of the horse or pony (and equitation rider, if not a family member) must be a member of KAFHS to receive high points. Individual and family members are father, mother, and children 18 & under.

Enter the name of the horse, pony or equitation rider you would like considered for our High Points program or to be eligible in the County Fair Championship Classes at the Kentucky State Fair. Use the dropbox below each to designate the class or program. In the event an entry is expected to participate in multiple classes, you should list it multiple times and designate the different classes. For a more complete list of the class names, consult the annual "Green Book".

Individual & Family Dues: $25 before Jan. 31 / $50 beginning Feb. 1 and thereafter.

Applications must be received no later than Feb. 1 for name to appear in “The Green Book.”

All Show Points will count if application is received by May 1. All others will count from date of receipt.

To enter the Kentucky County Fair championship classes at the Kentucky State Fair, you must be a member of KAFHS (owner and rider).

You are urged to turn in your individual points no later than Nov. 1 of the year of competition. Horse shows are
required to do the same. Send the points to the secretary by certified return receipt requested mail.
