State Fair Opening Day Participation

If you are unable to stay for the whole day to help with the Little Miss & Mister Pageant please do not apply. Our main focus for that day is to help assist with your Little Miss & Mister couple during the pageant. You will receive tickets for State Fair via the email provided, please check your inbox and spam/junk mail, close to the Opening Day of State Fair.

Queens schedule at the Kentucky State Fair opening day, Thursday August 20th, 2026.
You will receive tickets for State Fair via Email, please check you inbox and spam/junk mail.
8:45 am - 9:45 am: Queens register. You will receive your Royal Blue Kentucky State Fair Shirt. You'll have the opportunity to change shirts at that time. Please wear blue denim jeans (no holes) and shoes of your choice (no flip-flops)
10:00 am: Report to the Brunch Room with t-shirt, crown, & sash in preparation for Opening Ceremony for State Fair.
12:30 pm - Report to the Little Miss and Mister Holding Room with your couple (please meet your couple & have pictures done before this time).
1:00 pm - 2026 Little Miss & Mister Kentucky County Fair Pageant starts.
